Carol Smith
Carol Smith worked as a receptionist at Roach Animal Hospital for 5 years and recently was appointed to the position of Practice Manager. Her career time at the hospital has been both a rewarding and learning experience. In her spare time, she enjoys flower and indoor plant gardening. Greeting her when she walks in the door at home are her two wonderful dogs: Snickers, a Lhasa Apso and Tobie, a Bearded Collie. The most enjoyable part of Carol's position at Roach Animal Hospital is knowing her staff is giving the best possible customer service and animal care.
Tiffeny Neal
Tiffeny Neal has been working at Roach Animal Hospital since 2008 when she began as a kennel assistant. Her position is now that of receptionist. At home, Tiffeny and her husband Rod enjoy spending time with their four fur-kids: Belle, Foxy, Frank and Beans.
Alyssa Muller
Alyssa Muller began her career at Roach Animal Hospital in August 2011 as a kennel assistant. She is currently attending Western Iowa Tech to obtain her Veterinarian Assistant certificate. Alyssa recently adopted two kittens, Ares and Skye.
Delaney Mordhorst
Delaney started working at Roach Animal Hospital in July, 2011. She is in the position of kennel assistant and has had experience as a vet assistant. Loving animals, she has 3 of her own: a Great Dane, Allie; a Cockatiel, Stewey; and a cat, Kenny. Having a job that is different each day gives her satisfaction in knowing she is giving the best possible animal care.
Mary Johnson
Mary Johnson has worked at Roach Animal Hospital for 17 years. She began as a kennel assistant and is now a Veterinary Tech. She has 4 cats and 3 dogs of her own. Living on a farm in Northeast Nebraska, she has cows, pigs, horses, and chickens to tend to. Mary enjoys working with animals at the hospital and building relationships with our many clients.
Aubri
Aubri started working at Roach Animal Hospital in November, 2007, as a kennel assistant. With time, she began working as Veterinary Technician and also that of Part-time receptionist. In her spare time, Aubri enjoys being outdoors and horseback riding. Singing karaoke is a fun time experience for Aubri. Her pets are an Australian Shepherd, Dayze, and a Husky mix, Keysha. Aubri finds her job very rewarding and is amazed at how pets can influence our lives and leave their "paw prints" on our hearts.
Julie Watterson
Julie Watterson began working at Roach Animal Hospital in August 2011 first as a kennel assistant and now as a tech assistant. Before coming to the hospital, she attended Western Iowa Tech and received her Veterinary Assistant certificate. She worked at a large animal hospital while completing her internship. Julie is now getting experience at our front desk as receptionist a couple days a week. Her and her husband have been married for 13 years and have 5 furry "kids." A Shar Pei, Chewy, Sheppard mix, Missy Lu, 2 Jack Russells, Norton and Lucy Mae, and cat Herb, make up Julie's life. She loves to travel and take the kids for walks, and just to spend time outdoors.
